Why would a 2003 hyundai elantra have a hard start issue, fuel pressure bleeds off to 10 psi overnight from 50 psi?

There are many things that can cause this issue. If repairs have been done, you want to make sure you are using the original master key as the valet key wont allow the immobiliser to bypass and start the car. Fuel pump, bad fuel filter, injectors etc. If you have a check engine or service engine soon light on the dash you can scan the codes (for free at autozone advanced auto) and post them here. With these codes i will be able to tell you almost exactly what your problem is. ECU maybe? need just a little more info/background on the vehicle. We will get this resolved

My vehicle does not start well in the cold..

THERE ARE 2 TEMP SENSORS ONE IS FOR THE LIGHT OR GAUGE AND THE OTHER IS FOR THE ECM. IF THE ONE FOR THE ECM IS FAULTY IT CAN CAUSE HARD COLD STARTS

My 96 cobra starts great in warm weather,if it s 40 degrees or under it turns over but will not fire ,squirt a little starter fluid in the air filter and it fires right up,,what could be issue?

you say it will start right up if you spray starter fluid this should tell you something, the starter fluid takes the place of fuel(gas). the fuel is not getting to the cylinders when the temp gets cold. have the fuel pressure tested with a gauge to make sure its within spec.

What temp should a/c be in 1995 chev on max

Hard to say.
Under normal conditions, vent temp should be about 20 or 25 degrees less than outside air temp.
So if outside air temp is 90 degrees and the engine is at idle speed, vent temp would be around 65 or 70. On the road the vent temp could be less than 60 degrees.
If outside air temp is 70 degrees vent temp will be around 40 - 50.

Got a traxxas 2.5 i think? Been around plains for years and can tune them fine but for some reason i cant get the truck tuned. Starts fine cold but when running hard smoke goes away and starts to bog....

Sounds like the high end needle might be too lean. Have you checked the engine temp while running. Traxxas engines usually like to run around 210-240 degrees.

I have a 2004 jeep grand cherokee. when the car runs for a short time 5-10 min. the coolant fan turns on and does not shut down until the car is shut off. plenty of antifreeze. what is keeping the fan from...

Sounds like you may either have a thermostat that is not fully opening or a radiator that is partially obstructed (externally or internally). If I'm correct, what may be happening is that when the engine reaches operating temperature, it is continuing to get hotter but at the point you are at, the fans are able to compensate by remaining on.
Only other possibility is that the temp sender is bad and sending incorrect info to the computer, causing it to turn the fan on.
The concentration of antifreeze in a system does not change the operating temp. What it does is prevent the coolant from boiling at a temperature above what plain water would. Your radiator cap also helps with that as a liquid under pressure will boil at a higher temp. Proper concentration is 50/50. Normal operating temp is about 210 degrees(f). (+ ) (- ) 5 degrees)
So, I'd test the coolant sensor and replace the thermostat. Hopefully the radiator won't need to come out but you may need to have it checked if neither other options work.

Hard starting diesel, at approxamately anytime temp gets below 45 degrees F. runs rough when started, smokes, then once warmed up no problem. Has quit on me twice in traffic.

only 2 things can maake a diesel run rough at start up ,,1--- air in the system 2----- 1 or more of the glow plugs not working. this sounds like the latter ,if you have a couple of glow plugs not working ,it will miss on those cylinders until it warms up ,and the smoke is mostll exesive fuel when it does fire . recommend you check the glow plugs
