How do I re-block someone without having to wait 48 hours?

Deactivate your account for those 48 hours. https://www.facebook.com/help/214376678584711 Then, reactivate it. You will not lose any friends or account data, and you can reactivate it at any time. While your account is deactivated nobody can see it, or send you messages. After you reactivate, you can block the person. Anyone could go without Facebook for 2 days.

Well my mum recently blocked facebook and i really need to check it because i have alot of messages and notifications that need to be checked. but see i cannot get onto facebook because everytime i get on...

well if you mean deactivation, you can still check back using your initial sign in details i.e. user id and password. if its not deactivation, she may have reported your account and hence prompted for its blocking by face book owners. So you have to wait for a period until they unblock it themselves to allow you back to facebook.

Ive been trying to delete my facebook account and im really having a hard time with it pleaseeee help me to take care of this

There's not really anyway to completely delete your facebook account immediately, but you can deactivate it which will remove all references to you from facebook, and I think after 90 days of being deactivated, it will delete your account.

To deactivate your account, go to your Account Settings from the account dropdown menu in the top right corner. At the bottom of the Account Settings page, you should see the link to deactivate your account.

To deactivate your old Facebook account login with your old account.
Navigate to the "Settings" tab on the Account Settings page. Deactivation will remove your profile and content associated with your account from Facebook. In addition, users will not be able to search for you or view any of your information.
