Safe mode how do I leave safe mode?

if your device/pc wont leave safe mode, then you have either damaged your OS or you just have it enabled in startup.

within safe mode do the following:

Windows Key + R>

In the Run window type "msconfig" without the ""

In msconfig go to the "BOOT" Tab

if enable you will have Safe Boot Checked,, Simply Uncheck it and restart!

if its already Unchecked, then you have a bigger problem with your os and you might need to perform a system restore. i hope this helps!

You might try going back into your setup and disabling Secure Boot, and look for "verbose" or "full" mode for startup - this will print the entire startup sequence on boot - valuable for troubleshooting hardware and some software issues.

As for the ability to boot to Safe Mode - the process is different for different OS - you can find detailed step for starting in Safe Mode in Win8/8.1 here
