Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
The tray will open but on the xbox 360 dashbored it says that its opening then whene I close it it makes a nioce then opens what to do plz someone answer
Your problem is your system was moved when your disk was in your system, happens to a lot of 360 users. Its b/c there is no protector for the disk (protector holds the disk is place so it dont fall out) I would google search "How to fix...(your problem) or do that on youtube.

SOURCE: xbox 360 problem
Mine was doing the same thing and I found a solution and fixed it myself. Warranty was expired anyway. Anyway the heat from the unit heats up the glue on the little magnet that holds the disk secure. I opened mine up and sure enough the magnet had become dislodged from the top. I pulled it off and reglued it where it was supposed to be and it works perfectly. Found the solution on you tube.

Your having a dvd drive problem Im taking a guess but i have fixed many like this before. What you need to do is take your xbox360 apart. You can find a video how to do this on our site http://www.xboxmodshop.com next you want to remove your dvd drive take out the four screws on the bottom and remove the top cover. Now make sure your looking at the spindle where the game rest in the middle of your spindle you will normally find two magnets, but in your case your probably wont. Yours are probably stuck to the top of your drive cover. You need to remove them and superglue or epoxy them back in the middle of your spindle. After completely dry put everything back together it should play normal.I recommend a inter-cooler so this wont happen again.

I have had this happen about 3 times. The first time was when i figured out how to fix it. The 2nd and 3rd were temporary.(Just needed to be turned off for a moment) You need to shut the console off for atleast 15 minutes 10 at the lowest with everthing unplugged. I mean the hard drive, memory unit, and all cables, and adapters. Then after 10-15 minutes plug everything in and DON'T PRESS the BUTTONS ON THE XBOX OR THE CONTROLLERS. Press the button to open the tray and take out the game or dvd and put in a different one. If this doesn't work do it all over again and then put in a different game or dvd not the previous ones and turn on the console the same but then a soon as you get the disc in and closed in shut it off then open the tray and wait till you are at the main menu go into any program so you can't see it is reading and close the tray. If that doesn't work contact the xbox support line. Really hope this works for you.
