Has this happened to you before? If you access the Reader Store from your regular Internet Explorer can you access it? If that is the case, try downloading the Reader Library software once again.

Please note that when you want to use pocket (IE) browser of your PPC (pocket PC) phone; you need to ensure GPRS setting has been made in your phone.

For GPRS setting (Example: Airtel India network) please do the following steps.

Start --> settings --> Connections(tab) --> Connections(icon) --> under My ISP tap on "Add a new modem connection" --> enter connection name: airtel --> select a modem: Cellular Line (GPRS) --> access point name: --> leave blank on username, password & domain --> Finish.

If you are using different network (sim card) then you need to get "access point name" information from them.

Internet Explorer won't launch after a hard reset

Is it picking up a good IP address? Are the access points encrypted? You would need to set up the Wi-Fi on the PDA to the specifications of the WAP. if Internet Explorer is not loading, I suspect that there is a problem either with the image in ROM or else with the part of the RAM which is used to hold user data for Internet Explorer. Have you recently upgraded the ROM? The upgrade may not have worked properly perhaps. Maybe try a reflash of the ROM image. Do you get any error message or does the operating system go round in a loop and never come out?

Sort out my VPN issue

On my 4350, if I go Settings -- Connections -- Tasks, there's a task "Set up a new VPN connection," which will walk me through network IDs and authentication. I worry that that isn't there in WM2003SE, but have a look. As to your second question, one serious flaw to the current communications software is that there's no way to save multiple settings sets. So when you're home or go to a public hotspot you'll likely have to empty out all your office settings, then re-input them when you're back in the office. Good luck.
