Take it to your Vodafone outlet and have them get it to work on their network .you personally can not do it .

there is a network ic problem with your phone, it must have got damaged get it repaired from a local repairman.
otherwise try upgrading the phones firmware by going to nokia site and downloading a new update and then via data cable update the phone operating system.

Nokia must work good with any network. Update the software once using warranty. 10% of pieces out of 100 will come out like this from manufacturing with any of the default problems
