you will need to call a tech to come out and look at it ...there is most likely a problem in your High Voltage circuit but if you are mech inclined and have a meter to test some voltages i can walk you thru it It can also be a bad relay on the ctrl board I really cant tell until you get into it

if your microwave does everything you have described , and you can hear the cooling fan running as well after you press the start button , you probably have a faulty wave guide. The wave guide is also called a Magnetron Tube. It is the main part of the microwave which produces the microwave energy . If this part is not functioning it is best to replace the entire unit, rather than have it repaired .
