Check your operator's seat switch and its wiring.

Starts Great cold, Will not start when hot

Usually it's the opposite lol...but this is a normal issue sometimes when too much oil is added into the oil cavity. Then what happens is the oil gets hot and thins out creeping past the piston rings, next time you go to start it, it's basically too oiled up,wet... combustion suffers.. check the oil level, spray carburetor cleaner into the plug and the carburetor if possible. Restart the mower and let it burn off the excess oil. If this until has a thermostat, double check to make sure that it's not closing off and choking out the air flow.

On my Timecutter ss5060 it dies when I pull in the drive arms. What could be my problem?

If this is happening while the PTO is operating then your switch is either disconnected, bad, or the wiring to it is broken.

Starts, runs and when handles are in gaged moves forward then stops and kills the engine.

Sounds like a failsafe switch or sensor is causing this issue. I would have the seat switch checked to see if it is causing the cut off issue.

Toro cutting off

Maybe low oil level, all mowers have a low oil cutoff. 30w oil.
