I think it's a slow drain fault. But would need full model number to say for sure. Still it wouldn't hurt to check the drain pump for crud. Here are some vids that might help. Don't worry too much about brand specifics. Many brands share identical and similar parts.

Try tipping washer side to side to let the water drain out.If that doesn't work then its a problem with your motor. I recommend getting it fixed by a pro because the insides can be daunting. But if you are tech savvy the wiring guide is on the other side of the button panel and you will need your multimeter.

The inlet valve will need to be replaced. Its a fairly simple procedure and a pretty inexpensive part.
