Do you mean the KGSS907SS01? Kitchenaid ranges usually don't have three letters before the last two digits in the model number.
If so, all you need to do is press the Clock Set/Start keypad (below the 7) and then type in the current time. Then press the Clock Set/Start keypad again. The range uses a 12-hour clock.
Sounds like you disabled the clock function. If you do not have the user manual, you can get a copy at this website and use the function keys to reactivate and set the clock...
