SOURCE: Gas for 6.5 quantum

It's a four cycle, gas only. You only mix gas and oil on two cycle engines where there's no place to put oil such as trimmers and blowers.

Thank for input. But what I was asking is if my Quantum 4500 watts amp was capable with quantum 3000 watts subwoofers that I'm going to purchase

Considering what they are you should be fine, just make sure you do not use the bass boost and you have your gain turned all the way down adjust your gain from there you should not be using any type of bass boost through your head unit, basically you want to start with the least amount of power your amp can put out before you hit the max out so you don't hurt your speakers be sure to listen for clipping or bottoming out

Is my 1ohm 1 channel monoblock 4500 watts quantum amplifier to strong for my 3000 watts quantum subwoofers

If you are experiencing chirping or bottoming out the problem is you probably have your bass boost turned all the way up, your frequency responses probably turned all the way up, the speakers may not be able to handle that low of a Hertz, basically anytime you turn everything up on your amp you're going to get more and more disturbance this is most likely what you are hearing if you turn your bass boost down and turn your gain all the way down and the problem stops then this will be your solution, and it is an easy fix all you have to do is keep turning up your gain until you start noticing the Distortion then dial it back 10% you should never use bass boost on an amp it destroys the amp and definitely destroys the speakers

What is the correct gap setting for a Champion RJ2YLE spark plug used in a Toro Lawn mower?

Briggs & Stratton Part Number 799876 replaces Champion plug RJ2YLE. For use in Quantum Series 625, 675, and 725 engines built after Date Code 110701xx. The gap for this spark plug should be set to .020". This spark plug should not be used with Quantum Series 625, 675, and 725 engines built before Date Code 110701xx, or any other L-head engine family.

I have a monoblock amplifier qa1800d quantum q-series this is very hot and now the main fuse blows, do not know how to adjust the bass, the sub sonic and low pass

Mono blocks my favorite!! Lets see if we fix your problem! Mono amps are designed to work below 75hz so this means its a juice hog... I'd start by making sure your grnd cable is properly attached to a good ground the closer to the frame or unibody structure the better you are! seat bolts work the best! next inline fuses are mounted no more than twelve inches from your battery also you might want to consider the gauge of the wire?? That amp should work well with 1ott cable giving you 14.4 volts to the amp... ck these first n let me know how it turned out!!

My Technics SC-HD501. I need advice on speakers and the max range of out put i can get. I want to add two more speakers to my current setup. Whats the maximum wattage i can get? Willl i be able to add...

Looking at the specs for your system, the amplifier only puts out 23x2 watts. That means each speaker right now will get 23 watts (approx.). This amplifier is built to drive the load (the speakers) that is hooked up to it now. If you were to hook up another set of speakers, they would have to be pretty small (similar to what came with the system) with a higher impedance (over 8 would be good). The issue is the increased load/strain on the amplifier with the new speakers. However, if you are using relatively small speakers, with short run of speaker wire you should be allright (most amps have a temp protection built in, if the amp gets too hot it will shut off). To hook up additional speakers use the terminal that are there. You will 2 right speakers and 2 left. Place both positive ends of the right speakers in the positive terminal on the back of the amp (twist the ends together, if you must) and both negatives in the negative terminal, for the right speaker, on the back of the amplifier. Do the same for both left speakers.
In summary, you can probably hook another set up small speakers (which are only a short distance away from the amp) without much problem assuming you wont be pushing the amplifier to its limits all the time. You may find the amplifier lack punch or looses some sound quality though as the amp is not designed to be driving and controlling that many speakers.
Hope this helps

Where is best location to mount speakers besides trunk and trunk deck & doors?

Kick Panals are good, boxes are expensive though as they must be custom fit. Dashboard mounts, prolly only for componant speakers not subs. But if you wanna add speakers, you can always put more in the doors, trunk, or trunk deck to. Or replace your factory trunk deck, or door panals, and customize them to fit as many speakers as you like, have fun with it..

Switched amp to anther car red protector light stays on i have a quantum audio 2400 amp

unplug input raca's one at a time. turn off, then on. repeat until all you have is the 12Volt wire, the remote wire and the ground wire connected. if you get it to work after you unplug one of the rca's then you have a short. if not then remove all speakers connected, again one at a time until you don't have anything connected. this way you can find out which component is shorted. if you unplugged all rca's and speaker out wires and unit still stays on protect mode, check fuses. if ok, then your amp may have shorted out.

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Offhand, most receivers do not have a built-in sub-amp but do have a line level sub woofer out. What is then required is an active subwoofer or an additional mono amp for the subwoofer speaker. The receiver will then be connected through an RCA to RCA cable and the subwoofer speaker connected to the add-on amp.

Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.
