Replaced starter new battery fuel and air filters blown fuses wont start only click click

There could be several reasons why your 2012 Spyder RT-SE5 is not starting when you turn the switch. Here are a few things you can check:

1. Battery: The first thing to check is the battery. If the battery is weak or dead, the bike won't start. Check the battery connections to make sure they are tight and clean. If the battery is dead, you may need to replace it.
2. Fuses: Check the fuses to see if any are blown. If a fuse is blown, it could be preventing the bike from starting. Replace any blown fuses with the correct type and rating.
3. Starter motor: The starter motor may be faulty. Try tapping the starter motor gently with a hammer or other tool while someone else turns the ignition key. If the bike starts, then the starter motor is likely the problem.
4. Ignition switch: The ignition switch may be faulty. If you turn the key and nothing happens, try wiggling the key or turning it back and forth slightly to see if the bike starts. If it does, then the ignition switch may need to be replaced.
5. Fuel system: The fuel system may be clogged or there may be a problem with the fuel pump. Check to make sure there is fuel in the tank and that the fuel lines are not blocked. You may need to clean or replace the fuel filter.

If you are unable to identify the problem, it is recommended that you take your bike to a certified mechanic or dealership for diagnosis and repair.

Double check your starter wires. They might be flip flopped.

'Click Click' means not enough electricity is making it to the starter. This could be bad or dirty connections, a bad starter relay, a weak battery (even if new), bad electrical leads, a misaligned starter (jammed bendix or bad flywheel)...

Sometime DIY means do it again....and again...and again, until you get it right(ish)

If you replaced the battery you will need to reset the anti-theft device to restart the car.

No gas, weak battery (battery may be new but is it charged?), crankshaft or camshaft sensor is bad, fuel pump bad, fuel pump relay or fuse is bad, haven't pushed clutch down far enough(rug caught underneath), fuel filter clogged, ignition coils bad. You need to give a hint as to what you have tried. Does it crank but not start/ Does it simply click(starter) and not crank/

May be a starter fuse - but if blown, starter will not rotate engine. More likely a fuel starvation problem. Replace fuel filter in gas line - first choice. Next, have fuel pump pressure checked. If it has failed, you will get 4 -5 seconds of engine run before stopping.

If it will turn over, and not start, you are missing either fuel or spark...Those need to be checked. (No fuel doesn't automatically mean bad fuel pump, as injectors need to "fire" the fuel.)
If it won't turn over, or clicks, and your battery is good, it might be the starter motor.

Purchase a new fuel filter and a can of starter fluid. Replace the fuel filter. Take the can of starter fluid and spray into the intake. You can remove the air filter and have someone spray into the plenum going to the intake at the same time as you start the engine. This should get it started. Make sure you have a fully charged battery. Charge it fully if necessary.

Check your starter motor, sounds like a dud winding in it. Then starter reeds to be overhauled / replaced.

Can you bump start it or is auto? If it's a stick shift you can try to bumpstart it, if it starts then its a good chance that the starter is fried.
