take off the back you are going to need a soldiering iron. once the back is off gently lift the lcd out of the holder. fallow the ribbon cable to the plastic hold down. with a very small flat head screw driver. pop up the tab. take off the front case cover on the bottom of the main board you will see the lcd red and black wire de-solider them remember how the go. fallow these steps on the other camera tfering the good lcd to the other unit. and reverse the steps. if you fell this is something you do not want to attack I will replace your lcd with you other units lcd for. 30.00 goto digitalcamrepair.com for more help.

It's broken. You have a lens error. Send it into repairs. 1-800-706-2534 then chose option 2 and they will tell you where to send it.

I bought a non functioning camera like mine on ebay and put the new screen in. Not a project for the faint hearted. Requires magnification, a really good jewelers phillips and some soldering skills. The most practical solution, for what it will cost to have it done, is get another camera, there are some pretty good deals on ebay on demos and used cameras.

Casio hasn't made those public that I know of. We tried to get ahold of those in tech support and they wouldn't give them to us there. You have to send it in as far as I know. Sorry.
