My sunroof is stuck with the back raised, the feature never worked it would slide open but the back would not raise or lower the other day it opened on its own and im now unable to close it.

Somewhere at the front or rear inside, there should be a removable plug. In the toolbox there would have been a small crank handle.

How do you raise the metro to make it sit higher off the floor? Is it adjustable

This mnaual wheelchair has dual position rear axles and caster forks to allow seat to floor height changes with no additional components. What this means is that the wheelchair is adjustable in height based upon the position of the front caster wheel axles and rear wheel axles. Raising the axles lowers the chair. Lowering the axle postion raises the chair. If the rear axles of the rear wheels are in the top position you can lower the wheels and raise the chair. Likewise, if the caster axles of the front wheels are in the top hole of the fork then put the wheels and axles in the lower hole to raise the chair. It is easy to accomplish this with basic tools.
If the front and rear wheels are already in the lower holes (the chair is in its highest position) you have another option. This option is a more expensive way to raise the chair by buying 4 new wheels. Lets say for example you have 24" diameter rear wheels. If you purchase new 26" diameter wheels you will raise the chair 1". If you have 6" casters and put on 8" casters this raises the chair 1" in the front. Hope this helps.

Is there any way to lowed my 1986 cavalcade?

Easy answer, NO. But there are 3 things you can do but they are not easy.
1, if you take to the seat and lower the foam in the seat, you can make it lower.
2, you can lower the front froks by about one inch by removing the handlebar clamp cover, seat, false tank, steering head vents and loosening the 2 clamps on each fork, one on each tripple clamp, rotating the forks as you slide them up about one inch max, do both and make sure they are raised the same amount. This method causes a slight change to the Rake/Trail and can effect the handling.
3, You can get shorter rear shocks, as long as the new oes do not cause the rear wheel to rub on the inside of the wheel arch.

How to raise the handle bar in huffy 14" princess bicycle??

The silver bolt on the neck behind the handlebars. Losen it off a few turns, and the entire stem can be raised and lowered. Be sure not to raise it too much, should be a minimum mark, or else leave a good inch or two still in the frame, and tighten it back up. Make sure it's aligned with the front wheel though!

Can't get the spare tire off from underneath the vehicle

Under the back seat, you will find a jack, the jack-handle serves as a turning device to lower the rear wheel. In the rear bumper section of the car you will find a hole to put this in. The rod will catch in a link that you can turn, which raises and lowers the wheel. All of this should be in the manual.

There is this pull handle.
It might be locked into place, so you lift it up and pull it out i believe
then you change your steering wheel position then you push the pull handle back in
and push it down to lock it in.
