Question about Adobe Computers & Internet
Is the version of flash it says is installed supported by the operating system/hardware.
Adobe reader should run on most devices but flash does not.
Check whether system requirements are met by your software/hardware . If it is not there are alternative flash players and PDF readers, if you need that too.

Try autopatcher XP. go to autopatcher.com, download and install it. Run it. You'll find flash player for common browsers. Install the patches and you're done!

Please go to http://ninite.com/ and select Acrobat Reader then click Get Installer button. It will do it for you.
Otherway, go to google type Acrobat Reader Offline Installer to get the file. This will be fix your problem. I googled for you and got this link: http://www.softwarepatch.com/graphics/acrobat-reader.html .

I don't own a mac but the procedure is the same as the pc. Usually the best way to fix adobe flash is to uninstall it. If you don't uninstall first then I think if the installer finds a flash related file it does not right over it. This becomes a problem on updates or if the file is corrupted.
The instructions for Uninstalling flash player on a Mac is in the link below, which goes to the Adobe Website.
On that page there is a link that says 'Uninstall previous versions of Flash Player' that will take you to the uninstaller.
