Is the version of flash it says is installed supported by the operating system/hardware.
Adobe reader should run on most devices but flash does not.
Check whether system requirements are met by your software/hardware . If it is not there are alternative flash players and PDF readers, if you need that too.

SOURCE: how do I uninstall adobe

Hi peteheisinge,

I don't own a mac but the procedure is the same as the pc. Usually the best way to fix adobe flash is to uninstall it. If you don't uninstall first then I think if the installer finds a flash related file it does not right over it. This becomes a problem on updates or if the file is corrupted.

The instructions for Uninstalling flash player on a Mac is in the link below, which goes to the Adobe Website.

On that page there is a link that says 'Uninstall previous versions of Flash Player' that will take you to the uninstaller.

The link is:

http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/908/cpsid_90893.html

I hope this helps.

Kind Regards

I have an ECS k7VZA ver 3.0 Motherboard. I am trying to setup the front USB ports. Can you send me the pin diagram for the USB2 pin connection.

Download This(manual): http://download.ecsusa.com/dlfileecs/manual/mb/eng/k7/k7vta3_80.zip Download This(adobe reader): http://get.adobe.com/reader/download/
Download This(winrar): http://www.win-rar.com/index.php?id=predownload&dl=/rar/wrar401.exe
Install Winrar by double clicking "wrar401.exe" click "next" until it says "finish" then click that button. Install Adobe Reader by double clicking the file you downloaded click "next" until it says "finish" then click that button. Then right click the other file you downoaded "k7vta3_80.zip" then click "Extract Here". It should output a file right there called "K7VTA3 (8.0b).pdf" if it doesn't say .pdf thats fine too, double click this file. This should open in adobe Reader on the top it should say page 1/72 pages where it has the page "1" change it to 42 and hit enter.
Hope this helped please rate me and comment :)

My netbook keeps saying download adrobe but it will not down load. How do i down load

If you mean the Adobe Flash player, try going to this site:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
They also have an extensive list of other downloads. On their main page, http://www.adobe.com/ scroll down to where it says "Downloads" and choose from their Reader, Air, Flash(if you still don't have it) and Shockwave player

Have a new Windows 7. Adobe keeps asking to

I would recommend uninstalling the version of Adobe Reader you have installed through the Control Panel>Programs and Features.

Then download and install the latest version directly from Adobe's site.

Whenever I go on my Mozilla Firefox, i get a box that says ''installing adobe download manager'' when this does this, my curser flashes and continues to flash. I cannot get past this. Please help.

Adobe download manager you are using to install adobe products, such as adobe reader or adobe flash, maybe something wrong went the last time you where in at adobe for installing there software. Try to save your favorittes and uninstall firefox, restart the computer and install firefox again.

This should remove adobe download manager from the firefox browser.

Hi,
Try this fix,
1.dowload windows installer cleanup utility from the following link.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
Under more information, tab
2. Install and run the same from Start> All programs>windows installer cleanup utility.
3. In the box keep on selecting all items that say adobe and click remove. If you have multiple enteries might need to select them one by one.
4. Click on Start >My computer>Local Disk C:>Program files and delete the adobe folder
5. Restart your computer and again download and install adobe reader , it should work fine .

In case it still does not work and you need to open pdf files download
