How do you remove the radiator on a 2007 chrysler sebring limited 3.5

REMOVAL

  1. Disconnect negative cable from battery.
  2. Remove radiator upper crossmember support. WARNING: DO NOT REMOVE THE CYLINDER BLOCK PLUG OR THE RADIATOR DRAINCOCK WITH THE SYSTEM HOT AND UNDER PRESSURE BECAUSE SERIOUS BURNS FROM COOLANT CAN OCCUR.
  3. Drain the cooling system.
  4. Remove the radiator fans.
  5. Disconnect coolant reserve/recovery hose.
  6. Remove vapor purge solenoid from mounting bracket.
  7. Disconnect upper and lower hoses from the radiator.
  8. Remove the A/C condenser side brackets to radiator attaching screws. Separate the condenser from the radiator by lifting upward to disengage from lower mounts. Allow the condenser to rest in front of radiator.
  9. Radiator can now be lifted free from engine compartment. Care should be taken not to damage radiator cooling fins or water tubes during removal.
  10. INSTALLATION

    1. Be sure the air seal is in position before radiator is installed. Slide radiator down into position. Seat the radiator with the rubber isolators into the mounting holes provided, with a 10 lbs. force.
    2. Position air conditioning condenser onto the radiator lower mounts and install upper screws. Tighten fasteners to 5 Nm (45 in. lbs.).
    3. Install the radiator upper and lower hoses.
    4. Connect the coolant reserve/recovery hose.
    5. Connect the vapor purge solenoid to the mounting bracket.
    6. Install the radiator fans.
    7. Install the radiator upper crossmember support.
    8. Fill the cooling system.
    9. Connect negative cable to battery.

How do I remove the intercooler from my 2007 Santa Fe 2.2CRDT?

maybe the radiator? the thing that sits in front of the engine with the fan aimed at it? in that case, youll probably have to take off the fan housing, drain it via the drain plug at the bottom left or bottom right of it (dont do that if you have had the engine running recently itll burn) let it drain. take off all of the hoses connected to it, then it will be secured somehow around the edges, undo those points and it should come out. id suggest taking another approach at getting the 4th screw out however. smaller/different angled tools often do the trick

Replace raditor 2001 chrysler 300 M

1. Remove or disconnect the following:
  • Disconnect negative battery cable.
  • Drain cooling system.
  • Upper radiator hose .
  • Upper radiator closure panels.
  • Radiator fan assembly .
  • Radiator fan electrical connector.
2. Raise the vehicle

3. Remove or disconnect the following:
  • Lower splash shield.
  • Lower radiator hose.
  • Lower condenser mount bolts
4. Lower vehicle.
5.Remove or disconnect the following:
  • Upper radiator mounting brackets and bolts.
  • Upper condenser mounting bolts.
6. Separate condenser assembly from radiator.
7. Tilt radiator toward engine and remove radiator from vehicle.

Clean radiator fins are necessary for good heat transfer. The radiator and air conditioning fins should be cleaned when an accumulation of debris has occurred. With the engine cold, apply cold water and compressed air to the back (engine side) of the radiator to flush the radiator and/or A/C condenser of debris. The installation of the new radiator is the opposite of the removal. Please upvote if this was helpful. :)

First, remove the grille, then the top panel. Remove the viscous coupling and fan. Remove the top radiator mounts, Remove the coolant hoses and oil pipes, remove 4 bolts holding the A/C and intercooler/or PAS radiators (depending if yours is diesel or petrol.) then lift up and out the radiator. Fitting is reversal of removal.
Hope this helps
