Hahnel Giga T Pro II wireless function doesn't work
My Hahnel Giga T pro II is working while cable is connected directly to the transmitter , But when I connect the receiver and turn it on , Just the green light blinks, I push the button on the transmitter, Nothing happens, tried different settings on camera, different channels, It seems like transmitter and receiver don't communicate , What Can I do? How can I check If the receiver or the transmitter is faulty?

I assume you have an answer by now but if not. Cable between receiver and camera is the issue. One of the jacks has 3 black rings on it, which must go into the receiver. The other has 2 black rings and goes into the camera.
Same problem. I contacted Hahnel (via their website) who provided a new receiver with a different code marking on the battery cover.. BBBF instead of BACC. This now works. At Panasonic's advice I checked firmware on the camera and reset all parameters but this had no effect.
I have exactly the same problem. This product seems faulty or something? My transmitter does not go on and I also can't work out where the batteries go besides if I had to open the thing up and check whats inside (which i do not want to do). The strange thing is that when I plug the transmitter directly into the camera it works as a (wired) remote. Weird. I think I should just have paid the extra money and gone with the original Canon intevelometer instead of this two-bit massed produced piece of shyte. Let me know if you figure out how to operate this frustratingly **** product.

The security system keyless adapter cable (SPX/Kent-Moore P/N 09900-21300) is a special service tool (SST) that is used for programming new keyless entry remote transmitters to the factory security systems. The keyless adapter is used in conjunction with the Hi-Scan Pro (with Hi-Scan SOL Pro Software Version 09-29-03 or newer) and Data Link Connector (DLC) Cable.
The keyless adapter cable can be used on the following vehicles:
2001 - 2004 MY Elantra
2001 - 2004 MY Santa Fe
2002 - 2004 MY Sonata
2001 - 2004 MY XG300/350
The 2003 - 2004 MY Tiburon does not need the Keyless Adapter Cable to add keyless entry remotes to the factory security system. Instead, the Hi-Scan Pro connects to the vehicle using only the DLC cable. See page BE-60 in the 2004 MY Tiburon Shop Manual for the latest instructions.
The most current Keyless Adapter Cable Instructions are available in the following shop manuals:
2004 MY Elantra
BE-73 - BE-74
2004 MY Santa Fe
BE-43 - BE-44
2004 MY Sonata
