Question about Refrigerators
Followed all instructions as per manual, temps set at 37f and 0f.
FIRST I WOULD CHECK UR TEMPERATURE COLD CONTROL THERMOSTAT FOR VOLTAGE AND OHMS A DEFROST TIMER GONE BAD CAN STICK ON AN OPEN CIRCUIT AND NOT ALLOW THE MACHINE TO RUN SORT OF LIKE STUCK ON DEFROST CYCLE

If you can actually hear the refrigerator running but it never got cold in 20 hrs you have a serious cooling system problem. Either a blockage in the cooling system or it has a leak in the tubing and the freon leaked out. In either case if it is BRAND NEW, I suggest an exchange.

Testimonial: "Thank you, after several attempts for customer support, and receiving none, we returned to place of purchase. It will be replaced."
found leak of freon in refrigerator. Was charged with Leak Dye 4 month ago and recharged with refrigerant. Was easy to repair, due leak dye in the system! Find Right repair man at first and keep using same guy, if he really knows refrigeration. There are many companies will tell you we don't work with sealed systems (freon), they are not proper people to use for refrigeration.
