Loud noise during spin/rinse cycle

Probably a coin or something in between the 2 drums being thrown around. You will have to remove it somehow if it is as it will damage the drums. First check for any loose parts in the case that may just be knocking around and then try and see if you can see anything in between the drums by useing a light and looking through the holes in the inner drum. If you see anything that should not be there it will need removing. May be possible to get it out by removing the lower drain hose from the outer drum, the door seal if a front loader or the heating element. Start with the easiest to remove first.

When the dryer is running it makes squeaking noises. what is the problem. what can be done to fix it.

There could be something stuck between the inner and outer drums, or (more likely) the main drum bearing has worn out. A third possibility is that one of the motor or idler pulleys is making the noise, but in my experience this isn't extremely likely. The best approach would be to remove the rear panel (don't forget to unplug first) and turn a few things by hand to see if you can identify where the noise is coming from. Remove the back panel of the drum to clear anything stuck between the inner and the outer. If you find that the drum bearing is worn, you should be able to undo the bracket holding it and purchase a replacement from an engineering supplies store or specialised bearing retailer.

My clothes are sopping wet when the wash has finished and there is water at the bottom of the drum. I can sort it by taking clothes out, bailing out the water and then re-spinning the clothes twice to get...

Sounds like a blocked outlet pipe. It may be possible that a small item of clothing i.e. sock or baby item may be stuck between the drums and occasionally moves over the outlet from the drum causing the blockage, hence only happens once in a blue moon. To see if you can see if there is something between the drums use a flashlight to help you look through the holes in the inner drum to see if there's a stray sock or something that can be moving around between the drums and covering the outlet. If there is then you will have to remove the outlet pipe from the bottom of the drum to try and remove the item that is causing the blockage, check all the way around the drum as it may be stuck to the inner drum at the time. If no item is found between drums then the blockage may be in the outlet pipes (both sides of the pump) or in the pump. Check these also as it may even be a small button or coin creating a blockage if it is moving around.

Bra wire stuck between inner and outer drum how to remove Hotpoint WMF760

Depends where it is stuck. If near the very front you can sometimes get them by removing the door seal to gain a small access between drums. Other ways is remove the outlet pipe from the bottom of the drum or easiest and most probable area where it stuck is remove heating element. Provides a better view and bra wires normally get stuck on them.

CLUNKING NOISE - SOMETHING TRAPPED BETWEEN INNER & OUTER DRUMS?

Yes, there is something trapped between the inner and outer drum, you could try removing the sump hose from the bottom of the drum, this will give you more room to fish about than possibly removing the heater. If you do remove the heater, you may not get it back in, then you will have to fit a new one.
The sump hose is the large hose fastened to the bottom of the outer tub.

Zanussi jetstream 1250 coin between inner & outer drum

not that easy.
remove top. remove water hoses.remove rear half of cabinet. to do this, undo securing screws along top flange, remove two screws at bottom sides hidden behind plastic plugs and two screws at bottom back. rear half of cabinet will then pull off.
remove heater - this is held with a 10mm nut in the centre which loosen and prise heater out.
you canb then see into the gap between tub and drum ane remove coin or whatever
