I hope you are facing issue in using camera? Can you explain which kind of error you are facing? Here i am sharing a very simple method from Lenovo Thinkpad X200 Manual- https://guideusermanual.com/product-name-thinkpad-x200-manual&po=331232&lang=English that leads to perfect camera working.
Go to the device manager, uninstall the camera driver, disable the camera. restart the unit.
back to device manager, enable camera. once that is done, test the camera again

That's because Fujitsu has specific software that is written to take advantage of its own built in camera
