Wouldnt't recommend it!
Recovering from a JailBroken phone later on can be a pain.
You won't be able to install the updates & bug fixes & security updates.
Depends what IOS you are currently on!
Apple spend a lot of time protecting the iPhone from Virus and back door security breaches so jailbreaking takes a long procedure and lasts for one IOS only.
IOS8.2 has a lot of customisable features now
Bottom line is if you need a smart phone to play around with then get a cheap Android phone. They are made for Tinkerer's

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
