Problem for Compaq Ensoniq AudioPCI Sound Card
My presario c500 have windows xp professional
My presario c500 have windows xp professional installed. and it is not detecting the sound card.whwn checked in DXDIAG it says no sound card found. i tried installing audio drivers from HP site. it says driver installtion failed: no device found for this driver..and when i try to play any audio file in winamp, it gives error "direct sound output: No suitable drivers found,instal the correct driver or changed the device" . and i need your help in resolving this.
