Hi Mo:
You need spark and fuel for it to run, and the spark has to happen at the right time. What happened right before the problem? Sometimes the key in the flywheel will get partially sheared and will retard the timing so it won't run. Check for spark at the plug. It should be blue and "hot".
Safety First! Mowers can bite, and we all need our fingers.

My wheel horse 212-6 ride on mower turns over but won't run iv'e checked the spark plug its good iv'e checked the fuel is flowing and its good also it still won't start please help????

Check fuel is fresh and change the spark plug for a new one. I had the same problem which was cured with a new plug. Also check whatever mechanism your mower engine has to provide a rich mixture for the initial start (choke)

Have water in the carburater

Drain the water from the carb.
Drain the fuel from the tank. Check your fuel supply to make sure it does not have water in it, then re-fill the tank.
If you tried to start it with water in the carb, the plug may be wet. Remove it and dry it with heat. Check for spark while you have the plug out, then re-install.
Machine should start and run fine.
Back to work!

Hi I did a tune up ,changed and checked every thing I done ..too I changed the oil ,oil filter ,gas filter air filter ,got a new battery changed the plugs there new too...even a new belt new key ...but...

Spark and gas??? Must have both. Pull spark plug wire and check for spark. If you have spark, check gap on spark plug. Check the bowl on carburetor. loosen bowl screw to see if gas is coming out. If you have gas coming out, carb needs to be taken off and cleaned or rebuilt.

MTD Yard Machine 22'', 4.5HP, 190cc push lawn mower won't start

The primer bulb might be damaged, or the carburator diaphram could have been damaged if carburater cleaner was used.
