Question about Sewing Machines
Wow, you just learned the hard way that you're not supposed to take the screw out completely, just loosen it to take the needle out. I have had to replace them and it is a pain. Best way I've found is to hold a small flashlight in your off hand near the bottom of the tube where the needle is inserted (darken the room a bit, it helps), the light from the flash should shine out of the hole where the screw goes and help you guide the screw back into it. If that doesn't work, you may need to take it to a repair shop.
