New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

My phone has stalled

Close all apps, then clear cache and browsing data of all apps from settings, uninstall apps that you don't use, always make sure your phone battery is adequately charged, make sure your phone has updated firmware, close background app refresh, then try playing your games, if problem still persist, upgrade to a better phone.

You cant. Go to your settings and see what is running in the background, you can force close/ stop the app. If the app proves to be problematic, then delete it from the App's setting menu.

Why is it hanging regularly?

If its a low budget phone its probably not enough ram. For a good phone you need at least a gig. It may also be crupted data. At worst it just a reformat job. It may be a app to. Like Facebook, wifi searching apps. They take a lot of processing. You could try forcing close app that you aren't using. Games, social media, maps. To do this go to settings. Then fine your app manager. Go through the list and click on the app that your want to close. Then click on force stop. A lot of app when installed. Are set to startup when the phone starts and run constantly. Suckling alot of memorie and battery.

My Nokia 701 just heats when am charging and sometimes it looses its memory, what could be the proble?

Phones plugged in for charging generally do heat up because smartphone current consumption likely to warm up the battery.

If the phone heats up when not charging you probably have many apps running in the background which in turn causes loss in memory.

Long press menu key and close all unwanted running apps by touching X mark on them.

Switch off your Bluetooth when not in use.

Do not store your data (camera photos, music, videos etc) in the phones internal memory instead transfer it to your external SD card.

Check if your using the latest firmware for your phone which might help solve some issues related.

Is there any way to use my internet and wi-fi to connect to my Playstation 3 and get online. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Ace. Im thinking there may be an app. to help so when i scan with the Playstation...

Hello ashleyjor197,
Yes, there actually is as long as your phone has a strong internet connection to its service provider. However, I would strongly suggest that you have unlimited data otherwise your wireless bill will be through the roof on overages. Because most wireless companies want you to pay for this feature, they block these apps from the google play store. What you'll need to do is download the amazon app store from google play. From there you can search wi-fi tethering or wireless hotspot. There should be plenty of apps to chose from. I would suggest finding one with good ratings and give it a try. From there, your phone should become a wireless hotspot allowing your PS3 to connect to it.
Best of luck.

How do u turn off the apps when your not useing them

The Sprint Evo is an Android smartphone capable of running applications in the background. It's best to close applications you aren't using, since running applications drains the phone's battery. Most apps allow you to close them through the menu inside the application, but if the app stops responding or has no close option, you can use the Force Stop function. Force Stop functions much like the Task Manager feature in Windows. It closes the app, but does not delete data or uninstall the app.

1. Press the "Menu" button from the main screen on the Evo.

2. Tap "Settings" and touch "Applications."

3. Select "Manage applications" and open the "Running" tab.

4. Locate the application you want to close and tap it.

5. Touch the "Force Stop" button to close the app.

I hope you find it very helpful. Thank you for using fixya.

HAVE DATA USAGE BUT I NEVER GO ONLINE ON MY PHONE

You may have the service provider turn the feature off on your account. I did this with Sprint as they were regularly adding data charges to my bill when I used none, and since the feature was turned off there have been no more billing overages.
I hope this helps you and good luck.
