Question about Locks & Locksmithing
I locked it with a key because I never used a code. Now I can't find where to insert the key...tried everything. Have A & B on key pad. Battery is still OK. Little grey latch turns left and right but I can't see a key hole anywhere. Thanks for your help.
The key hole will be hidden by a plastic cover, often rectangular with the make or model on the front.
If you see such a cover then try squeezing top and bottom to release the catches that hold it in place.

SOURCE: I have a ce electronic
I have a ce electronic system safe for which I have two keys. I dont remember how to use the combination battery operated code any more as I have lost the instructions. Can I download these instructions from the internet anywhere? The keys have 128 written on them but I cannot find any further I.D numbers anywhere. Thankyou very much for your assistance

you would need to hot wire the batteries for the code to work but if the batteries have gone flat then it needs to be re-programmed again ,only one soloution here and thats to open it with a radial cutter

Tips for a great answer:
Feb 24, 2015 | Winchester Optics
To close and lock
You can relock the safe in two ways. With the door
closed, depress the key lock (if equipped) with your
finger, or spin the combination dial one full turn.
For greatest security, do both. (Make sure the door
handle is in the horizontal position.) There is a link to the manual at the bottom of this page...

Tap the area near the key with a hammer while pulling on the key. This will jiggle the pins in the lock.
