You need an other BIOS driver.
Intel
P6 and NetBurst micro-architecture microprocessors may contain design
defects or errors known as errata that may cause the product to deviate from
published specifications. Many times, the effects of the errata can be
avoided by implementing hardware or software work-arounds. Errata and work-
arounds are documented in the appropriate processor specification update,
which can be found at www.intel.com. Intel P6 and NetBurst micro-
architecture microprocessors include a feature called "reprogrammable
microcode"
, which allows certain types of errata to be worked around via
microcode updates. The microcode updates reside in the system BIOS and are
loaded into the processor by the system BIOS during Power-On Self Test, or
POST.

Error: "Intel CPU uCode Loading Error" - "Press F1

This could have been a RAM issue or a BIOS issue. Check your RAM first and reset your CMOS. If possible upgrade your BIOS version from the manufacturers website. but be very careful if you do so. a wrong move may spoil your Board completely.

Everytime i switch on my pc asusp5p800s i need to press f1, and there's displayed ucode loading error until the other day my monitor display become blured, any body can help?

The problem is that your motherboard BIOS is too old and doesn't properly recognize the CPU, even though they are compatible. You need to update the BIOS.

You can upgrade your bios, you just need to visit the motherboard manufacturer site where you can download the latest bios.

http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3&l2=11&l3=0&model=1276&modelmenu=1

You can also try to reset the bios first, you can reset it to default settings and if that will not work then you can upgrade the bios.

and you can also check this site regarding bios upgrade
