Wait a minute for the power light to turn on before proceeding to the solution.If your product does not respond when you try to print, press any button on the product to wake it from power save mode. Wait for the product to initialize, and then try to print again.
Try the following solutions in the order presented to resolve the issue. Issue All lights on the product control panel flash and a 'Reset Power ' message displays on the product control panel. Solution one: Turn the product off and then on Follow these steps in the order presented to turn the product off, and then on again. Step one: Turn the product off and then on
  1. Press the Power button (c01602202.gif ) to turn off the product.
  2. Wait 15 seconds.
  3. Press the Power button (c01602202.gif ) to turn on the product.
Step two: Print a self-test report
  1. Load clean, unused, plain white paper into the input tray.
  2. Press the Setup button.
  3. Press the Right Arrow button (c01185072.jpg ) to select Print Report , and then press OK .
  4. Press the Right Arrow button (c01185072.jpg ) to select Self-test Report , and then press OK . The self-test report prints.
