Hi
use BBSAK and reset the Berry.
then you connect it to the PC and run the Blackberry Software that will reinstall the OS to the latest available for your model.
You will have also the chance to make a backup to be restore afterwards.
All the best

Hi, my Tour 9630 keeps turning on and off without entering to the Operating system, it doesn't allow me to see what error is displayed on the screen either. How can i solve this?

You have a corrupt OS on your Blackberry. You will need to download the latest software version from Blackberry according to your country and service provider. Once downloaded you can use the Blackberry desktop software to load the OS back to the phone.

Please rate my solution to show your appreciation!

Hello there!

Try to uninstall your app, and better yet to set your bb to format. It is the same thing happened to me last month with my Bold 9780 and now, it work just fine and smoothly.

Unlock my Bell Blackberry 9000 for free

I've had similar situations as most here and still can't get it going.

My phone is stuck in a constant reboot cycle where it does the following:
1) Shows red led for about 15 seconds
2) Goes blank for about 5
3) Shows the Blackberry screen with loading progress bar that always stops at the same spot.
4) And then repeat back to 1).

It repeats over and over. I tried letting the battery completely drain and starting it from scratch to no avail. It just reboots again and again.

Any help is much appreciated. quote.gif

Blackberry 8100 wont start at all! this morning it was just fine till the alarm shouted up and the screen went blank (that reminded me of the famous blue screen windows xp error) so i turn it off and now...

Remove the battery, wait a few minutes, and replace the battery while holding down the power button for 15 seconds. You may have to restore your data.
