Go to http://www.asus.com then select "Services" and click "Support". In the next window, click "Download". In the next window select "Product, Series & Models" in the selector boxes and click "Search". In the next window, select your Operating System. In the next window, click the Plus(+) sign next to manuals and scroll to the English Manual. When you read it, go to "System Recovery" if the left column and click. in the right column, You will see you need a USB external DVD drive. Reading further will tell you how to install the OS.
