When the display shows "5/4", the calculator is doing 5/4 rounding which means: 5 or above round up, 4 or below round down. To control rounding press the "5/4" key.
When the display shows "E" the calculator could not complete a calculation. It can be because of dividing by 0, or because the total exceeded 1 trillion, or because the operator entered calculations faster than the calculator could complete them. Press the CI/C key to clear it.
I can't explain why you are not getting a total on the tape. Try the following example from the manual exactly as shown, and let me know if your tape shows the total.
  1. Clear the calculator (press [CI/C])
  2. Choose 5/4 rounding (press [5/4] until "5/4" displays)
  3. Choose add mode (press [DEC] until "A" displays)
  4. Choose cost-sell-margin mode (press [B-T] until "B" displays)
  5. Turn printer on (press [PRINT] until "PRINT" displays)
  6. To calculate: $12.55 + $15.75 - $5.30
  7. Key in: 1255 [+] 1575 [-] 530 [=]
  8. Tape shows: [0. C] ... [12.55 +] ... [15.75 -] ... [5.30 =] ... [23.00 *]

When I log into one of my facebook accounts it will not let me connexct to farmville. My other facebook avvount works fine. I can visit this farm as a neighbor farm but cannot open it on its own.


First, verify if the problem is your Facebook account is working on different computer. Try to access your FarmVille (FV) in a different computer that is CONNECTED in a DIFFERENT network and see if the same problem will occur.

If your FV works on diff. computer, then it's not your FV, the problem could be your internet browser. You may either access your FV using another internet browser (Mozilla Firefox, Opera) in your computer, or clear the cookies, cache of your browser.

To clear the cookies and cache, here's how:

* For Internet Explorer:
1. Run Internet Explorer and click on 'Tools' menu.
2. Go to Internet Options and locate the Browsing History section.
3. Click the 'Delete' button and delete the Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History.
4. Close the Internet Explorer and re-open it.
5. Access your e-mail.

* For Mozilla Firefox:
1. Run Firefox and hit 'Tools' menu.
2. Go to 'Clear Recent History' and click the drop-down arrow for 'Time range to clear'.
3. Select 'Everything' and then click the line beside details.

I can not get yahoo home page to open. Have switched to Google for now. Can not even access my e-mail site from google. Is the site having problems?


No. Yahoo Mail, Google or Gmail are accessible here in our end.

Try to access Yahoo Mail in different internet browser (e.g. Firefox, Opera). If the Yahoo page loads up, then the problem has something to do with the current browser that you are using. You may clear the cookies and cache of your browser and see if that will work. Here's how:

It takes forever to get into my yahoo mail, then when I do it shows my emails for a quick second then dissapears!

Put my my login in and password and launch, then after several minutes it does not open yahoo mail

Can't open my yahoo mail
