Red light blinks after installing

Here's a guide;
What do the battery lights mean on my mouse? Some keyboard and mouse models feature a battery light that shows the current status of the batteries. The following table describes the different lights and states.
Light
Device Model Status Single long green blink Rechargeable Batteries are good. This occurs when batteries are first installed or every time that the device is turned on. Slow green blink Rechargeable Device is docked in the charging station and is charging properly. Steady green Rechargeable Device is docked in the charging station and does not need additional charging. Steady green Presenter Mouse (Japanese version) Laser pointer is on. Red/green blink Wireless Device is discoverable (trying to connect to the transceiver). Slow red blink Non-rechargeable Batteries are low and need to be replaced. Slow red blink Rechargeable Batteries are low and need recharging. Fast red blink Rechargeable Device is docked in the charging station, but there is a charging error.
Reasons for errors: The wrong type of battery is installed; the battery or batteries are missing; or the battery connection is bad.
Solutions: Make sure that the correct battery or batteries are installed, and are installed correctly. If necessary, remove the batteries, wipe them with a clean cloth, and reinsert them. Steady red Presenter Mouse (Standard version) Laser pointer is on.

The blinking should be in a pattern.

Power Green On (S0) Computer on
Power Green 1 blink every 2 seconds (S1) Suspend Mode
Power Green 1 blink every 2 seconds (S3) Suspend to RAM
Power Green Off (S4) Suspend to Disk (if applicable)
Power Clear Off (S5) Computer off
Power Red 1 blink followed by 2-second
pause - Repeat
Power Supply failure
Power Red* 2 blinks 1 second apart CPU thermal shutdown
Power Red* 3 blinks 1 second apart CPU not installed
Power Red* 4 blinks 1 second apart Power supply overload (crow bar)
Power Red* 5 blinks 1 second apart No memory
Power Red* 6 blinks 1 second apart No graphics
Power Red* 7 blinks 1 second apart System board failure (detected prior to video)
Power Red* 8 blinks 1 second apart Invalid ROM

Do you have an alarm system installed? These sound like the alarm indicator lights. They are supposed to deter theft and break ins.

Red light indicates that the camera is out of charged., Try to charged your battery for 3-4 hrs if you encounter flashing red on a fully charged battery you need to call kodak 1 800 235 6325 ext 12

You can charged you camera using 5V AC Adaptor or a USB cable taht attached into the computer

Make sure new lamp is installed properly in its position and lamp cover is placed back securely.
If still red light is blinking, let me know is it Lamp light or Standby light that is blinking and how many times it blinks

slow blinking light means the unit is in DRY MODE.. flast blinking light means some sort of arcing or bad power supply..
if in dry mode let the unit run for an hour and it will stop blinking ..

Does red light blink? if yes, please count blinks as there would be pause of 3 seconds between blinks and let me know to help you out.

escient music server...light blinking red...
cant turn on system...
tried resetting...nothing
tried turning system off..for a hour or two...nothing..
juse blinks will not respond to anything...
any ideas.

not sure w/ this one, but is it blinking too fast on printer, the check color and black ink cartridges? and if yes what is the color of the light, is it yellow or red, and is the on and off lights, flashing?
-black and color blinking fast - install printhead
-black and color blinking slow - no cartridges installed
-on and off blinking black and color steady lights, calibrate
