Question about Heating & Cooling
If your pilot light is staying lit, but it will not light the burners at all, make sure the gas control knob is turned to the "On" position. Make sure your wall thermostat is turned to the "heat" or "On" position and the desired temperature is set above the current room temperature. Also be sure your furnace panels are correctly and completely in place. Some models have a kill switch that prevents the furnace from operating when loose or removed.

Clean the flame sensor with 0000 steel wool , the Ignition control module is typically at fault.
