Definately sounds like a leak in the pipes from the pressure side of the pump onwards, even the smallest leak will cause it to turn on to regain adequate pressure.

Pump keeps blowing house fuse

It is likely that the shaft seal in the pump has failed and the water is leaking into the motor. Water and electrics = fuse blowing!!

Grundfos pump

It sounds like you have a bad pressure switch. I would also check the pre-charge pressure in the expansion tank. This needs to be 2lbs less then the "cut-in" pressure of the switch IE: 30-50 switch 28lbs air in pressure tank.

Grundfos water pump is humming with no turning, if I take pump cover off and turn the shaft it starts?

Sounds like it could be a blown capacitor in the motor. Disconnect from the power supply and remove the capacitor - it is usually situated undet the terminal box cover- examine it for leakage or distortion and replace it if necessary.

Grunfos pump that even when all outlet valves are off the pump keeps kicking in an out?

sounds like you have internal leakage therofore pressure decreases and pump cycles to regain it.
not sure what you actuating mechanism is. if its a diaphram it needs to br replaced. if its multiple pistons- your seals need replacing.

How to remove the impeller off my Type UP26-96F Grundfos circulation pump

Most of these style knock off in a counterclockwise direction. The impeller is usually threaded onto the shaft that way. A small brass drift and hammer should move it easily.

How do you take off motor

1. Disconnect the booster pumpset from the power
supply.
2. Take the pump frontcase off by taking the bolts
holding it.
3. Take the pump impeller from the shaft. This is
either bolted or screwed to the shaft that is
actually an extension of the motor.
4. Carefully take the mechanical seal off from the
shaft.
5. Unbolt the pump backcase, from the motor,
6. Now you have the motor separated from the pump.
