Question about Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines
I bought this on Monday and started descaling it as soon as i got home,my mum switched it off in the middle of doing it so i had to start it again. When it was descaling,it was making a very loud pumping noise so i took the water tank out a couple of times to see if that worked,i think it did the job but now the water is just dripping out instead of pouring,im only getting like half a cup. I haven't bought any Tassimo pods yet, just using the yellow thing. Also,i got it from tesco online so i have no receipt.I dint get a email from them, just a text to tell me it's ready to collect.

SOURCE: Braun Tassimo Type 3107
I found that most problems around the tassimo relate to the peircing mechanism being clean and properly in place (it moves sometimes when you open the lid), or that the "window" that reads the barcode needs to be kept clean. When i've gotten all lights blinking or going right to manual, I have found cleaning the window seems to fix the problem more often than not.
hope that helps

The Keurig machine is either clogged with coffee grounds or the air bladder needs to be replaced. Use the key tool under the tray to clean out machine. If this does not work you can have the machine repaird. I hope this works.

For a Braun machine, unfortunately this is quite normal as it's part of the "purge" once it has finished brewing.
The new Bosch machines do not do this and finish their cycle with a steam purge instead.

It should take about 45 minutes to an hour to properly descale the machine. If it only took a couple of minutes you really didn't descale your machine. If you used the powder it has to disolve completly before descaling. The best way to descale is with the descaler in the tank. Turn on the machine and run about 8 ozs of water-descaler through the wand and then turn off the machine. Wait 10 minutes and repeatthe last procedure. Do this until the tank is empty. When done with the descaler, rinse out the tank and put fresh water in the tank and run the whole tank through the wand. Then fill the tank and your ready to go.
