I'm joking..for a small DW should be electrical heated.
Can be. 1..no power provided to heating element
.2..heating element broken--easy to check with one tester
3.connections for that heating element can be rusted or broken

buy Finish dishwasher cleaning kit from the super market and follow the instructions on how to use it. The cleaning kit should be run with empty dishwasher.

THis should help clean the pump and drain hose.

It would help if you mention the model number of your dishwasher. It is hard to get an english manual for Teka.
