How do i replace the coolant in my 96 dodge caravan after i flush the system

Make sure all the drains are closed, start filling the rad and allow the coolant time to drain down, then fill again. Keep filling the rad unit it no longer drains down, just make sure to stop filling it when the level in the rad is just barely visible when looking down inside it. Now fill the overflow bottle to the lowest level mark. Start the car and turn you heater on to full heat. Let it warm up to proper temp, may/may not need to put more in rad. Keep an eye on the level in the rad it will expand and may overflow, if it looks like it will overflow use yout tester to remove some fluid. Once you see the coolant flowing throug the rad wait a few minutes, then put the rad cap on. Let it run a few more minutes to get the rest of the air out, then drive like normal. Check the fluid level in the overflow bottle (engine cold) over the next few days fill to proper level as needed.

It could be mechanical or fuel related.
Do you know for a fact that cylinder has normal compression and no head gasket leak ?

Does a blown head gasket cause pressure build up in a surge tank

could be a air pockets in the coolant system that have top bled out
it is a simple exercise to have a compression test done to check for head gasket or cracked head

My cr 85 looses all its water through the radiator overflow

Have you checked the compresion? You could have a blown head gasket. This will cause super heating of the coolant or over pressure causing it to blow out. You can call Honda and they can give u what the compression should be. You can rent a tester at a parts store like auto zone. Also u can use a pressure tester on the coolant system to see if it backs oil into the cylinder or crank. It should hold steady pressure and not leak. Finnaly faulty radiator cap releasing pressure to soon. Hope this helps.

Change radiator and coolant is overflowing in overflow bottle. now have radiator with bigger core but using same cap

when a vehicle gets to around 10yrs old or a high mileage the head gasket starts to fail unlike the old copper ones so seek advice from a garage who will put a pressure tester on the rad and run engine then check for a build up of excessive pressure which is a sign of a head gasket fatigue

Low acceleration and no power

i would take those 2 coils off and check the backing of the packs. any discoloration indicates they are bad or going bad. coils may be working, but not to full potential due to grounding issues.

Coolant filling up overflow bottle and not returning Started intermittently No coolant leaks Changed Hoses Cap Thermostat Cooling system has always had good quality coolant and is clean inside...

You may need to ask AAA to put a radiator pressure tester on the resevoir bottle and pump it up to operating pressure(Pressure cap rating) and see if it over pressurises while it is running at operating temp, rev engine up and down and watch what the testers pressure readings do,it should move up and down in sync with the water pump.If the pressure keeps building i would have to believe that combustion chamber gases are over pressurising your cooling system. Also test the pressure cap is functioning within factory specs.
