Dvd tray error?

It is a mechanical problem with its disc loading tray. Either a broken loading belt, or a broken gear wheel at the disc loading section can poise this kind of problem. It can be repaired; by take out the disc loading mechanism from the set. Contact any service technician. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

Why does my tape reject just after inserting?

Generally some part of the mechanism has become damaged and so can't perform correctly. It can't even unload correctly. You have to look around for plastic parts that have either got broken or out of place. New parts then need to be ordered. You will also need a service manual to set up the mechanism correctly once it is fixed. VCR's are rarely set up in the eject mode!

The issue is, that I purchased a set of 2 belts via eBay for my deck. I fixed the problem with the belt to move the cassette. But there is a second set in the pack and I cannot install this. Perhaps it is...

The belts you have replaced are used to operate the loading/unloading mechanism I assume. On the bottom of the cassette mechanism you will find the other belts...one from motor to idler wheel assy. or actual reel hub. Older cassette decks also used a belt to drive the tape counter mechanism.

When the compressor pressures up to set point (125psi) the unloader port opens but remains open therefore the tank begins to loose pressure. In addition when the tank pressure drops to startup set point...

The unloader port should only unload the compressor head, so there is a valve leaking in the system, probably where the fitting that the unloader valve tees into and that also takes the compressor head output to the receiver. With the receiver at pressure, if you remove the unloader line there should not be any air coming out of it.

My compressor builds to 125 psi then shuts off like it should then when the pressure is released the compressor wont start back up. Sometimes it will attempt to start and it sounds like the motor is...

When a compressor reaches set pressure, there should be a release of air from discharge hose thru the unloader. This release of air unloads the compressor head pressure. The unloader is usually located within the pressure switch. Easy to check. Follow discharge hose from compressor head to tank. There should be a brass/steel checkvalve at the tank. The checkvalve allows air to enter tank, however not allow air to be released back into discharge hose. If this valve is leaking, air will be released from the unloader constantly. Follow 1/4" tubing from checkvalve to unloader and listen for leaks. Repair as needed. If air is not leaking from checkvalve then check unloader mechanism with-in pressure switch. Compressor sounds like it's running under a large load and really slow. Blows circuit breaker eventually.

There is a line running from the pump assembly to the tank. At the tank the compressed air passes a check valve. This valve prevents the air from escaping back along the same line. After the tank reaches max psi the motor shuts off. What is undoubtedly happening or rather not happening with your compressor is the unloader valve is not functioning properly.

The unloader valve is what bleeds off the pressure that remain in the compression chamber after the motor shut off. If the unloader valve fails to bleed the excess psi off then the piston has to work against your minimum psi. or around 80psi.

This is your large load.
The unloader valve is comprised of a mechanical trigger at the switch and a small air line that runs from the switch back to the tank check valve or up at the pump manifold.

Often it is enough to clean the small mechanism and make sure all the small parts are free from corrosion or damage.
However you may need to replace it.
Hope this helps.

I think your main problem is that the unloader valve needs to be lubricated. Use the very best water resistant bearing grease you can find. If you can e-mail me a pic of your unloader assembly I can try to explain how to set it up. firehead@roges.com
