Most likely your calrod unit failed(the heating element) look in the oven and check it out. does it have a burned out portion to it? if yes, easy to replace and fairly inexpensive. good luck

I have an euromaid BMWH8 and it just stopped heating up, I heard a pop sound and I'm guessing it is a fuse.. Where is the fuse located on this oven ?

I don't know exactly on Euromaid but I would suggest that the fuse would be either under the top or the back near where the main power supply is. If a fuse blows , it is likely that one of the heating elements has failed.

Why has main oven stopped working?

The thermal fuse has shorted out, it is in the back of the oven. It went over temp and the fuse blew, you need the thermal fuse and an oven sensor

GE Spacemaker microwave makes groaning sound when start button is pressed for a second or two then blows the internal fuse. After replacing the fuse everything seemed to work, lights, exhaust fan, cl

Could be a lot of things but most probably a shorted high voltage diode assembly. If not that then the magaetron or capactors. Remember be careful there are high voltages even when the oven is unpluged. The capactors are usually charged and must be discharged. If you don't know what yor doing then time to get a qualfied tech.

Good luck

The control board is bad. One of the relays has fused and you will need to replace the control board.

I was preheating my Samsung ftq387lwgx oven and heard 3 loud popping noises. Shut it off because it scared me. Turned it back on and it doesnt heat up and the top burners don't work either. The clock...

It sounds as if the oven element short circuited and blew one of the internal fuses in the range. If this occurs it generally knocks out the oven circuit and two hotplates. Locate the fuses, they are mostly in the griller/broiler section. Sometimes they are in the back of the range. Replace fuse wire and power will be restored. Before you turn the oven back on carry out a visual inspection of the element for holes/blow marks. It this is the problem the element will need replacing.

Oven blew a fuse

The POP sound normally indicates a short circuit fault (as opposed to overload) you need to have it looked at by a competent person.
