Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
When inserting plug there i a flash and pop type noise as if a capacitor is discharging across 3pin power plug
Aye Caramba! Not good. Are you plugging into a power strip? Sounds like you have a bad ground in cord. Don't get mad, but did you try another outlet? If you have and this is still happening you have a bad power distribution board. OR, or you may just have a bad cord b check tho see if nothing is jammed against the ground lug and one of the plug extensions. LET me know. Jim.
