The playbook is stuck and won't start not broken just in same mode no activity. Won't restart

If you can't get it shut down, then try leaving it on but unplugged until the battery is completely dead. Hopefully when it is plugged back in and charged for a few minutes it should restart normally. If this doesn't work, then you should contact Blackberry Tech Support for your area, they are usually quite good to deal with, but I suggest contacting them by phone as email can be cumbersome and take several days to make progress. Their phone number for your country should be on the website. Obviously your playbook is still under warranty as it wasn't released more than a year ago.

My blackberry pearl flip which is brand new, Keeps shutting down?

Hello,

please return the phone and replace it with another....... It's not suppose to be shutting down. It's a brand new according to you.

Don't attempt to repair or disassemble this phone, if you do, the seller won't collect it back.

Just return the phone.....

Regards.

The computer shuts down on its own, stay on for about 5 mins. I made everything is plugged in.

Restart the computer in safe mode (Press F8 key when you restart computer and see the dell log untill you see the Advanced boot options, choose safe mode using your up and down arrow key and hit enter).

you system will load the basic windows drivers and will not connect to internet.
Please keep your system on and work with it for some time and test it. Even in this mode if your computer restarts then its definitely due to heat, else its due to application errors or driver errors

My laptop keeps shutting down and restarting. It won't stay open long enough to access any programs. How can I fix this?

1. Scan for any virus present using norton bootable cd. If it restarts even while booting through CD. Then its sure a hardware problem.
You have to give it to a service technician to clear all the dust and replace heatsink compound on the processor.

If you are doing an update to the software in it, they behave this way...

Check the battery. A defective charger will let it run down and get flakey. The battery may be bad.

My blackberry keeps shutting itself down and restarting at least two or three times a day. called my phone company and they just act like im making it up

I know you are not making it up. I had a blackberry curve that would do the same thing. Every time when I was talking on the phone and an email or text would come through my phone would shut off and turn back on, and go through this reboot thing for a long time. I got a different phone from my boss and it never did that. Call Blackberry and report it to them. I know I did and they'd never heard of it, but they didn't treat me like I was crazy. Maybe they can help?
