Question about Candy Washing Machines

1 Answer

I have a candy alise gow475, it starts up a cycle but stops whenever the drum should start to turn

I then get the 90 and stain blaster buttons flashing in 8 burst sequences, is there any way to find out whats wrong and hopefully fix myself? Thanks

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

The problem is with the door lock-switch assembly not working, the unit detects that the door is not closed/locked and so will stop in middle of cycle. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.
