Hi, It may just have a fuse in the peddle switch. Most likely.
Replace with same fuse. Good luck.

Locating fuse in bernina activa 220

Generally, there is no fuse issue. The problem will be a failed power supply (L-PCB). Suggest that you visit your Bernina dealer and get a new circuit. THe cost will be about $150.00.

I can't find where the fuse is located on a phaff 1069. The manual I have is for a 1067, 1069 and 1047. The picture showing where the fuse is at is NOT in the same location.( Next to the power cord...

There is a fuse located on the circuit board that is in the main motor. You need to remove the top cover, front cover, and stitch buttons, cover. You will then see the main motor. Once you have it out, you need to be careful as you disassemble it, as it has 2 very fine copper wires that connect the circuit board to the field windings. Look for the fuse housing that is on the circuit board. If the fuse checks out good, check the motor carbons. They may be worn down far enough to not make contact with the armiture.

E1-Error message is apparently the fuse were is

The E1 error message. This is due to the fuse having to be switched from the 2.5 amp to a 3.5 amp. they did not recall the machine because of the low cost $2.99.

The Fuse is Located on the Board itself.

I guess the Part Number for your model is 000182177.

Locating fuse for the above

Which make a model is this? The line fuse should be located after the 120VAC line enters the sewing machine. Without knowing what model it is i can only give limited help. Unplug unit from the wall, and gain access to where the power cord enters the sewing machine chassis. There should be an internal fuse located shortly after. Let me know what model it is if what I have already said doesn't help you out.

I have a pfaff 1473 the display blinks on and then off. The display stay stays off

Mine is doing that too. According to the manual, you need to replace the fuse. I'm having trouble locating where the fuse is though.
