Question about Refrigerators
My name is Peter. I am a retired field service refrigeration technician.
You did not provide a model number so I can only be general. Your model number is located on the inside wall on a label near the top, of your fresh food section.
When you say the motor is working, do you mean the compressor in the back or your freezer fan?
There are several reasons for not cooling but I do not have your model number to advise.
