If your machine is capable of making an eyelet stitch, the instructions should be in the machine's manual.

When iam stiching the bobbin thread is not interlocking with the pool thread ,the straight stich is not stiching properly

Do you have thread in your bobbin?
Is your needle fully inserted in the needle bar?
Is it the right needle for the machine?
Is your needle damaged, bent or dull?

My machine doesn't stich at all even though I'm sure I threaded it right. Is there a special needles for serger?

Yes, there is a couple of different needle systems so you need to make sure you have the right ones as specified in your manual.

Also in the 130/705H system there is a couple of special types called "SUX" or "ELX" for extralong scarf, otherwise they are just the same as the standard 130/705H system needles with flat shank.

Check this link from the Schmetz needle website, its very informative on the different needles for each make and model

Also check that the needles are fully up into the housing and both flat shank to the back and they will be at different heights, this is normal.

Getting it to chain off is usually a case of threading up the four threads in the order specified in your diagram, so make sure you have threaded the two loopers in the right sequence, then pull all the threads under the raised pressure foot and out to the back of the sewing platform, lower the pressure foot and start stitching, hopefully it will chain off. Its just about having the two looper threads coming out of the looper eyelets in the right position.

If you have tried the threading up multiple times and did strike something, then you may have knocked out the timing of the loopers causing the non stitching; if you suspect this, then time for a technician service.

I need to know how to change the utility settings?

You have not said what model you have but I suspect that the other 11 stitches are stretch stitches which will mean you have a seperate dial to select, if you could email a picture of your machine I will soon know.

Draper eyelet punch

There are two sizes of metal........use one of each to create the eyelet.

Thread the longer one over the stalk shaped side, and the shorter one on the other side........if the fabric is lightweight, the clamping motion should also cut the hole as it engages to create the eyelet...if it is too thick, you will need a hole punch to clear the way first.

The action is for the longer shaft to pass through the fabric, then the inside edge of the smaller one, then the edges are bent and rolled but the flanged die to finish and secure......try a few samples on scrap first.
