Question about Cell Phones
Your PUK is on the card that came with the SIM. On the card or paper, was the origional PIN and PUK. When you can't find it, visit a store from your provider. Ask them for the PUK and when they don't have it, ask for a new SIM, with your phone number. They can put your number on any SIM. With the new sim comes a new PIN (you can change that later) and a new PUK.
Thhat is all.
