MS Outlook stores its data in PST format whereas Lotus Notes uses NSF format for the same. In order to convert NSF format into PST format we may use conversion tools like NSF to PST Converter.
There is a manual method as well for transferring Lotus notes data to MS Outlook, using Export/Import feature in Lotus Notes or MS Outlook, but this method is very complicated and becomes very tedious if large amount of data needs to to transferred.
Whereas using the converter is very easy, quick and precise. This conversion tool can even convert encrypted NSF files into PST files.
Some Of Its Salient features are:
# Convert NSF files in bulk
# Convert all data including calendar, tasks, contacts and emails.
# Keep original files intact
# Compatible with all Windows OS and all versions of MS Outlook and IBM Lotus Notes

Why can't I open my email?

Hi Elizabeth
Try a different computer or call your Email Provider to see if it's at their end. They may have a server problem.

Notes
There are usually 2 ways to get to your email.
1 Using a Browser to access your account with your provider.
......A Browser like IE or Safari or Firefox.
2 Use an Application on your computer to access your account.
......."Client" software Such as Outlook, Apple Mail etc.

Email "client" software like Outlook has a settings section.
Inside there you can enter separate details for Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail.
