The internal clock in your pc is controlled and held by the bios battery. You will need replace it if its a desk top. A laptop your just SOL. You open the tower side panel up and look at the motherboard there is a large watch like flat battery. Its held in with a pressure pin arm. Carefully lift the pin and the battery will pop up. Take it to any store like Walmart and have them match it up.
