How to get my phone to turn on fully?

I'm not sure what the real issue with your phone is, but I think your best bet would be to go in to recovery mode and do a factory restore on your phone. I must warn you that a factory reset WILL ERASE ALL DATA NOT ON A MEMORY CARD, so bear that in mind if a few pictures go missing.

To do a factory reset, you must first load in to the bootloader. This is done by making sure the phone is fully powered off. Instead of turning it on normally, hold down your volume up/down keys as you hold the power button. If done correctly, you should see a screen with the little google android laying on his back with a panel open on his front side, a bunch of technical stuff at the bottom, and a big green box pointing to the power key, or something similar. Navigate to "RECOVERY MODE" by presing the volume keys, and select it by pressing the power key. From there, you should be able to navigate the menus the same way to get to Factory Reset.

Once again, all data not on memory card WILL be erased. If done properly, your phone -should- now boot as if this were the first time you've ever turned it on. Because you're on Android, once you put in your e-mail address, your contacts should automatically be restored to your phone, and whatever apps you downloaded should automatically begin downloading themselves once more once you've connected to wi-fi. Information such as text messages, however, will still be lost, as well as any other data stored on the phone's internal storage rather than the memory card.

I hope this helps.

How can I fix my phone which cannot boot ?

It sounds like you have corrupt kernel files that allow the system to boot properly. if your phone just sits at the boot logo then something is corrupt. You will have to find the phones OS firmware file online, and put the phone into Disk Mode/Advanced Mode, and either find software you can access the firmware through on your computer, or you will need to take the working firmware file you find online, load it onto a micro SD card and then load the firmware onto the phone from there.

To access this mode (Disk Mode) on your phone do this:

1.Power off your phone
2.Press together volume up + home button (little house)+ power button
3.When Samsung logo appears releases your fingers from the buttons.
4. You will then see a list of options you can select, SD card boot, or SD card firmware upgrade or something along those lines.

From there you can load the proper working firmware to your phone from an SD card, or from the vendors software that can access the phone on a root level.

=============================================

If the above wasn't an issue, then you may just need to charge it fully and the boot, or leave it on your charger then boot up.

Welcome to samsung mobile initializing file systems... wait 30 secs mass storage initalizing... wait (1min) mass storage mounted...

Samsung (and other) smartphones are like a computer, when you turn them on for the first time they require a little amount of time to boot up. This is normal, and necessary for the phone to work properly. If the phone continually says "Mass storage initializing", try turning off the phone and removing the battery for 30 seconds then returning the battery to the phone and rebooting.

I can't turn off my Samsung SGH - D880

Yesterday I also got the same problem on Samsung DUOS SGH-D780!
I found temporary solution how to drop this error message and run the phone normally, but after next reboot it often become again. I will ask Samsung tech. support about this, but now here is the emergency solution:

1. Turn OFF the phone (by removing the battery)
2. Move out all the SIM cards from the phone
3. Insert the battery again (BUT DON'T TURN ON THE PHONE, just insert the battery)
4. Insert a charging cable into the phone and insert the adapter in wall outlet

(then I see the loading screen for the short time and after that CHARGING icon appears)

5. After that turn ON the phone. It will start in no-sim mode.
6. Turn OFF the phone
7. Remove battery, insert SIM-cards, insert the battery.
8. Turn ON the phone

After that it gonna be work good until next reloading...

Samsung u740 some music not loading.

It sounds like those songs are not MP3 format. In order for your phone to play the music you have to make sure they are MP3. You could be saving WMA which will not play or show on card from phone.
