SOURCE: Samsung Pixon touch screen frozen

The issue of touc screen freezing in he M880 is mostly due to fault in the contact. The screen contact is just below the volumen control buttons on the right. I inserted a fingre nain where the volume control is and pulled up the screena wee bit. near the volume up botton, I then inserted the tip of a tooth pick. It worked and the touch sensitivity is just as new :)

i dont understand your question ? do you have a password on to get into your phone and you have forgot it ? ..if you have a password on and you have forgot the password then you will have to reset your phone to factory default ( loosing everything ) to do this you need to turn the phone off. now hold down the volume up button and the home button on the front, keep holding these buttons and turn the phone on , keep holding them buttons while the phone is turning on,you will get a menu then release the buttons. you can now scroll down to factory restore

I just need to warn you that doing a hard reset will erase all your save files and application on your phone. It will be back to factory default settings.
To do a hard reset on your device :
1. Make sure that your phone is turned off
2. Press and hold the volume down + menu + power button
3. Wait for the samsung logo and release the buttons

The touch screen is completely frozen i cant do anything but receive and make calls using the keyboard what can i do?

Take the battery out for about 60 seconds then place it back and turn the phone on. If that doesn't work, you can try a master reset. This will erase all data on the phone and restore it to factory condition. To perform master reset, make a call and dial *2767*3855#. Hope this helps.

It has the latest and great updates, software, even known issues if you ever come across this. HTC does recommend that you do a master/hard reset once a quarter to keep it moving smoothly. Also, ensure you don't have a lot of open running programs. Perhaps once a day, clean the cashe and history. Do a soft reset (aka battery pull) once or twice a week. All depends on how hard you play with this lovely PDA device!
